Great flies, are those damsel nymphs that easy to see in the water? I've never noticed them.

Beatifull! What size / type of thread do you use for the eyes. My best-so-far lame attempt at duplicating your damsel broke the thread and lost an eye. Looked awesome in the water up to that point though!

That happens to me if I hit something on my back cast.

I use UNI-Thread 3/0 for the eyes. That holds up a lot better than the 6/0 I use for the actual fly.
